Job Description

The successful candidate will be stationed in the Lagos office and oversee all aspects of Hyride Customer Service as well as perform the following key activities:


  • Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries about Hyride products
  • Promptly and professionally escalate and resolve to customer complaints
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external events


  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Assist business development and driver acquisition in verifying and following up with sales leads
  • Tracking and collating intelligence on customer reviews via smart tracking tools
  • Manage the smooth operation of the Hyride call center


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The Business Development Officer will be appraised by the following parameters:

  • Speed of resolution of customer complaints
  • Number of customer service complaints reported
  • Frequency of call center download


Job Requirements

  • B.Sc in Social Sciences / Arts and Humanities (Post Graduate Degree is an added advantage)
  • 3-5 years working experience in similar role


  • Excellent oral and written communication and analytic skills
  • Ideal candidate is techy, detailed, result oriented, resourceful, proactive, and is well-experienced inCustomer Service.
